Mission Statement:My mission is to create delight and build wealth for Seattle-area home buyers, sellers, investors, and builders by delivering first class real estate brokerage services based on attention to detail, positive negotiating, informed decision making, and unimpeachable integrity, thereby ensuring my clients achieve exceptional results and engendering repeat business and referrals.

Background: I'm a Seattle-area native, having grown up in Silverdale and with a two year stint living in Seattle as a child. My father was a career Naval Officer father and my family enjoyed living two years in one of the historic yellow homes on the crest of Magnolia’s Discovery Park. I graduated from Central Kitsap High School and then went on to graduate from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in mechanical engineering and served as a Naval Officer both on active duty and in the reserves. I picked up real estate working as a residential agent with Century 21 in San Diego from 2005-2007. Next I spent three years full time as a graduate student at the University of Washington, earning two masters degrees, MBA and M.S. in Real Estate. I decided to get back into brokerage and joined Windermere from 2014-2015. Now I am a residential and commercial broker with HomeSmart Real Estate Associates.

I'm an enthusiastic consumer of continuing education to advance my industry knowledge and professionalism. I earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation. This is important for my clients because I frequently get them “deals” by negotiating strategically. I earned the Certified Real Estate Analyst designation, which means I have the knowledge, skills, and strong problem solving aptitude for analyzing real properties as financial investments. Finally, I achieved the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, which means I have the knowledge and skillsets necessary to competently market and sell luxury properties and ensure discerning clientele are well-served. I cherish every opportunity to work with all types of clients.
